Mr. Don Mosher - President
Don has 20 years experience working with machinery. First, as newspaper printer and more recently for an international manufacturer serving the food industry. But, Don learned early on as a young boy, working in his father's business, that to keep the shop's doors open you must keep the customers happy. Now, Don has merged his years of experience, his father's lessons, and his drive to help the environment. As a father of three himself, he often remembers an Amish proverb, "We did not inherit this land from our fathers. We are borrowing it from our children."

Mrs. Norma Mosher - Vice President
Norma has many roles at Southern New England Wind Power. First, she is often the first point of contact many have with our business. Norma helps people on their journey to energy independence by answering their first questions. Later, Norma is very involved with our customers' orders, accounting, and scheduling each step of the principal participants duties to insure proper orchestration of the Skystream construction. Norma has held many administrative positions in retail, public schools, and veterinary offices. Norma is a 2001 Roger Williams' University graduate with a B.S. in Marketing. She enjoys Rottweilers and is an huge Disney fan.
"I'm so excited knowing our family, our business, and our future is involved with residential wind power. We're so at the cutting edge.
Mr. Joe Barretto - Field Supervisor
Joe has over 30 years experience, knowledge, and insight of all facets of the building trades as owner of Custom Building, Portsmouth Rhode Island. When it needs to get done on time, correctly Joe is the man. No issue is too big or too small for Joe. He's seen it all, done it all and has lived to tell about it. When asked why he decided to come aboard installing residential wind power he thinks for a moment and answers,"We've got to do something in this country to give the homeowner control over skyrocketing electric bills. If we don't do it on a grassroots effort, who will?"

"I'm proud of my role as Marketing Director for Southern New England Wind Power. It's something my wife and small children are proud of also. After all, in the end, it's about our kid's future here in America."
